The school has a centre Number U4193 in the name of Lakeside Secondary School Masese. The centre is for both Uganda Certificate of Education(UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE). We have a modern computer laboratory with functioning computers and internet to enable our students and teachers carry out research. We have Wifi which is accessible to teachers for research and innovation. Our school ensures the digitalization of the learning that has thus enabled the teachers to use the modern resources like projectors, the smart boards, computers among others while facilitating learning since the campus has ahigh speed Wi~ fi a thing that has bridged the gap between teaching and learning of the concepts since the digital tools make learning real and easy to remember even once out of the classroom.
The school has well equipped laboratories for all the science subjects. They are adequate for both O- level and A- level and with this we were able to successfully conduct practicals for both levels and practicals are regular integrated activities and not examination targeted. Lakeside S.S Masese is the convergence centre for sciences. Our laboratories are subdivided into the biological and the physical respectively. Our biological laboratories are equipped with the cutting-edge equipment and technology enabling our students to explore the fascinating world of biology since they have modern microscopes and dissection tools for up close exploration, interactive simulation and multimedia resources.
They are spaciously arranged with cozy workstations, safety first design, ventilation, emergency equipment and lab technicians who guide and ensure students safety during experiments.
The physical laboratories on the other hand are designed to ignite curiosity and thus fuel passion for physics and chemistry. Our students right from lower school to upper school embark on the journey of hands-on discovery and experimentation with advanced equipment for instance the physics engines and dynamics systems, high performance microscopes, chromatography systems, chemicals to mention but a few. We have a well stocked library for both UCE and UACE. The library has the relevant books for student’s research. Experience our modern library which is more than just a collection of books but its rather a hub of knowledge and great inquiry. We provide digital resources in our e~library which is a quite study area, very collaborative in nature and yet fully enabling of the students to delve into research and thus expand on their intellectual horizons. We are continuously stocking it to be fit for a modern library.

The dormitories are comfortably furnished with wardrobes, featuring a sleek, modern architecture that blends seamlessly with the schools’ overall aesthetic.
It’s constructed with clean lines, ample storage space, organised study areas and large windows for natural light and aeration, having four students in each of the cubicles with enough ample space in the modern lockable wardrobes that they use to keep their personal effects as provided for by their parents. Our dear esteemed learners sleep in decker beds arranged beautifully leaving enough space for their interaction.

Our clinic is tuned towards providing the best medical care to our students and staff and it’s staffed with three experienced healthcare professionals who work day and night to ensure that all our students medical needs are taken well care of.
The clinic is located within the school premises both in and out of the student’s dormitories with a clear designation of spaces for both the boys and the girl’s ensuring privacy and professionalism when dealing with the individual health needs of each learner. The clinics in dorm are specially set up so as to handle any arising or pending emergency especially during the night since it’s a mixed school so as to help keep both genders safe from each other.
